Peggy Sue is walking, and Millard heads attack her. She runs and tells Millard what is happening. They then find out Time Man did it to destroy Millard and the Redcoats.

The story plot is a parody of old horror movie The Birds.
It is unknown why time man hated the Redcoats, but it might be when Redcoat Harry accidently spilt water on Time Man's belt and destroyed it.
